The Food Air Compressor Data Acquisition and Remote Monitoring System introduced by Wutong Bolian consists of an industrial smart gateway WG583 and an IoT platform.

 The industrial smart gateway WG583 communicates with the air compressor's PLC to achieve real-time data acquisition and transmission. The cloud platform communicates in real-time with the industrial smart gateway, enabling visual display and configuration monitoring of data such as host temperature, exhaust pressure, instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, as well as the operational status and runtime of the air compressor. The mobile terminal can view and retrieve data and receive alarm information through the cloud platform, enabling timely management control and remote maintenance to ensure stable and reliable operation of the air compressor and avoid unplanned downtime losses.

The Wutong Bolian industrial smart gateway WG583 features three network ports and two serial ports, supporting internet connectivity via 4G/WIFI/Ethernet.

 It rapidly collects device data from the PLC and uploads it to the cloud platform, supporting integration with Wutong Bolian Cloud, enterprise self-developed clouds, and third-party cloud platforms such as Alibaba, Baidu, and Huawei, facilitating rapid deployment of data acquisition IoT systems.

  1. Configuration Monitoring: Managers can freely edit configuration screens to visually display the operational status and technical parameters of multiple air compressors in real-time, such as temperature, pressure, flow, and current.
  2. Device Management: Information on the operational status, loading status, alarm status, fault status, and runtime of each air compressor can be quickly queried and annotated with different colors.
  3. Fault Alarm: Users are promptly notified of abnormal conditions in air compressors, such as over-temperature, over-pressure, and air leakage, via WeChat, SMS, or email, with quick queries for faulty equipment, time, and data.
  4. Remote Control: Through mobile or computer terminals, fault information of air compressors can be remotely viewed, and operations such as starting/stopping and parameter adjustments can be remotely controlled, providing convenience and speed.
