In thermal power plants, stackers and reclaimers play a crucial role in storing and conveying raw materials.

 They execute various automated instructions through PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and DCS (Distributed Control Systems), such as allowing stacking, allowing reclaiming, peripheral reclaiming operation, emergency shutdown of stackers and reclaimers, stacking operation, stacking faults, reclaiming faults, reclaiming circuit, and more. These instructions provide reliable assistance for enhancing production efficiency and management levels.

To achieve DCS data acquisition and enable remote monitoring and precise management of stacking and reclaiming operations, Wutongbolian offers an IoT solution based on industrial smart gateways.
